Q + A

How can I RSVP?

You can RSVP on this website under the RSVP tab. Please send us your acceptances or regrets by September 1, 2025. If you do not RSVP, your seat will not be saved as we need a final guest count in advance in order to plan and accommodate accordingly.

Can I bring my kids?

Totally! Just make sure to include them when you RSVP so we’ve got enough seats and snacks to go around. We do ask that kiddos stay fairly quiet during the ceremony. We know sitting still isn’t always their thing, so feel free to step out for a breather if needed. That said, the reception will include dancing and music — some of which may lean more PG-13 than G. Nothing wild, but just something to keep in mind if your kids aren’t used to that vibe!

Can I bring a plus one?

Yes, just please be sure to include them when you RSVP so we can include them in our guest count.

Is the wedding/reception indoors or outdoors?

Both wedding and reception will be held indoors at the same location.

Where is the wedding?

North Warren Celebration Hall 89 Rockland Road Front Royal, VA 22630

Can I park at the venue?

Yes, there is plenty of parking at the venue.

When should I get there?

The ceremony will start promptly at 4pm. You are welcome to come into the venue as early as 3pm. We recommend you arrive between 3:30pm and 3:45pm (at the latest) in order to give you time to find a seat before the ceremony begins.

Where do I go when I arrive at the venue?

Please enter through the first set of double doors and take the elevator or stairs to enter into the venue area.

What time will the reception begin?

Dinner and reception will begin shortly after the ceremony.

What is the dress code for the wedding?

Semi-formal or dressy casual.

Are there any styles or colors you would prefer me to wear?

While not required, please see our wedding color palette below for guidance if you wish to stay within our theme. Please avoid white or bright colors.

What shoes should I wear?

We advise you stick to the dress code, but please be comfortable! There will be dancing and uncomfy shoes will not be an excuse for not dancing.

Can I take photos?

We will have a professional photographer to capture how the ceremony looks, we have invited you so you may capture how the ceremony feels. We ask you have your electronics on silent and put away during our ceremony to ensure you are in the moment and not in the way of our photographers. These photos will be posted on this website and on social media for viewing purposes. After the ceremony is complete, you may turn on your devices and take pictures of whatever you wish!

Can I post photos on social media?

Yes! Once the ceremony’s over, feel free to post, share, and relive the day through your camera roll. And if you do, please tag us! We want to see it all: the sweet moments, the weird angles, and every dance floor disaster in between.

What do I do if something changes and I can/can't make it after I have RSVPed?

We understand things come up. Just email us right away at nightwedding2025@gmail.com so we can make changes.

Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?

Yes, while the wedding will take place upstairs, there is an elevator to the wedding location.

Will there be dancing?

There will definitely be an amusing interpretation of it! :)

Will there be alcohol?

Yes! We’ll have both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options available during the reception. We just ask that you enjoy responsibly so everyone can celebrate safely and happily (and remember the night fondly the next morning!). A quick note: drinks need to stay upstairs, as the venue doesn’t allow alcohol downstairs or outside. Thanks for helping us keep the party fun and stress-free!

How long will everything last?

The ceremony starts at 4pm, and we expect the reception to wind down around 10pm. We hope you’ll stay, celebrate, and make the most of every moment with us.

What if I have a dietary restriction?

We are having a buffet style dinner, so hopefully everyone will be able to compile a meal that will make them happy. If you have specific concerns or allergies, please don't hesitate to email us at nightwedding2025@gmail.com or include it in the note with your RSVP and we will confer with our caterers.

Are you registered anywhere?

We’re not using a traditional gift registry, but we’ve shared a note with a few details on the "Our Registry" tab of this website. If you’re considering a gift, we’d love for you to take a look there. More than anything, we’re just so grateful to celebrate with you.

Where should I stay?

See the travel tab of this website for hotel recommendations near our wedding venue.
